Centroid 64 is designed to sit inside existing surveillance infrastructure, consuming RTSP streams, processing on-site, and outputting structured analytics. No changes to recording systems, no interference with existing VMS workflows.
Compatible with Any IP Cameras
Connects directly to existing IP cameras via RTSP / ONVIF , including Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, and others. No need to replace cameras or modify NVR/DVR setups. Centroid operates independently alongside existing recording infrastructure, ensuring zero disruption to surveillance operations.
Non-Intrusive Architecture
Centroid does not sit in-line or interfere with video recording. It passively reads streams and performs analytics on a separate edge appliance. Existing VMS systems (e.g., Milestone, Genetec) continue operating exactly as before ensuring security teams retain full control.
Structured Data Outputs
Outputs clean, structured analytics including footfall counts, zone occupancy, queue metrics, and dwell time. Data is accessible via API or dashboards, enabling integration into BI tools, operational systems, or existing control room workflows.
V9 Data Pipeline
All processed data flows into the V9 platform for aggregation, visualisation, and export. Supports multi-site deployments, centralised dashboards, and historical analysis. Data can be securely accessed or exported without impacting edge performance.
