Simple Architecture
Three layers only - CCTV provides the video source. Centroid processes streams locally within the comm room. V9 presents the results through a unified interface. No additional systems, middleware, or complex dependencies are introduced.
Works with Partial Coverage
Complete camera coverage may not be required. Centroid operates across multi-view visibility, combining inputs from multiple viewpoints to generate usable movement, zone, and queue metrics across large spaces.
Scalable, Linear Expansion
Each Centroid processes up to 64 video streams. Scaling is achieved by adding additional units, without redesigning system architecture. Performance and structure remain consistent from single-site to multi-site deployments.
Built on What Exists
Centroid connects directly to existing IP cameras using standard protocols. Mixed camera environments are supported, allowing deployment without replacing current infrastructure or introducing proprietary hardware dependencies.
