1. If the Market decides to open a new store, they will require a FootfallCam counter.
2. The Shopfit Manager will contact FootfallCam at project@footfallcam.com at least 2 weeks prior to the installation date
3. Fill up the F02-New Store Opening Form  

4. FootfallCam will provide a quote based on the estimated unit required 
5. After receiving the quote, the customer should raise a purchase order to cover the costs and gain approval from their Finance team
6. Customer IT to add a site and allocate the device to the site.  
7. If there's a request on the FootfallCam installation service, Once FFC receive the purchase order, FFC will contact the deployment team for the IP addresses and confirm the installation date with FFC and the Operation Manager

1.2 Store Refit 

Will there be a change in ceiling height/ store layout during the re-fit or is the camera is being moved?

If YES, follow the steps below:

1. If the camera is being moved during the renovation/re-fit, the ShopFit manager should contact FFC at least 2 weeks before the proposed installation date at project@footfallcam.com. This is because the camera will need reverification and will require a FFC engineer.
2. Fill up the F04- Shop Refit Form 
3. Customer IT should disable the device during refit period and enable after refit done to avoid the false count captured during refurbished period. 
4. FootfallCam will provide a quote for the engineer call-out (if required) and reverification charges 
5. After receiving the quote, the customer should raise a purchase order to cover the costs and gain approval from their Finance team
6. If engineer callout is required, once FFC receive the purchase order, they will contact the deployment team to confirm the engineer callout date with FFC and the Operation Manager

If NO:

1. Fill up the F04- Shop Refit Form 
2. Customer IT should disable the device during refit period and enable after refit done to avoid the false count captured during refurbished period.
3. FootfallCam will check the online status and the camera positioning after the refit completed. If the position has changed, this will subject to a reverification charge to the store 
4. FootfallCam will monitor the data to ensure the accuracy after refit completed

1.3 Store Relocation 

In the event of a store re-location, the FFC camera will be kept within the market until the new location is confirmed - customer is responsible to send out the device to the store prior to the installation schedule date 

Please note, Customer will not need to pay the service fee whilst the camera is not in use: The service fee charge is based on the allocation status to the site. If a device is allocated to a site, the device will incur the service fee. If the camera is not in use, FFC will need to de-allocate the camera from the site and it will no longer be chargeable for the service fee.

1. The Shopfit Manager should contact FFC at project@footfallcam.com and fill up the form F05- Device Relocate Form to notify that the camera is being re-located prior to the dismantle date. 
2. The Shopfit Manager should then contact FFC 2 weeks prior to the installation date at customer@footfallcam.com
3. Customer IT should disable the device during relocation period and enable after relocation done (Offline alert will be stopped for the inactive device) 
4. Fill up the F02-New Store Opening Form （if the installation service required from FootfallCam) 

4. FootfallCam will provide a quote
5. After receiving the quote, the Operation Manager should raise a purchase order to cover the costs and gain approval from their Finance team
6. Once FFC receive the purchase order, FFC will contact the deployment team for the IP addresses and confirm the installation date with FFC and the Shopfit Manager (if installation arranged by FootfallCam) 

1.4 Store Closure 

1. Contact Footfall Cam at project@footfallcam.com to notify (2 weeks prior to closure)
2. Fill up F03-Store Closure Form
3. The camera will be kept in the market until needed in a new store.
4. The customer IT will need to deallocate the device from the site (the system offline alert will be stopped after the device has been deallocated to the site) 
5. Once a new store is confirmed, the Shopfit Manager should follow the 'Store Re-Location'

1.5 Store Network Change Process 

This configuration could be done by customer IT side, if required FootfallCam service on this request, please follow the below steps: 

1. Raise in the support ticket on the store network change request with the details of the changes to FootfallCam 
2. FootfallCam to send the quotation for the confirmation for the configuration charges of the network setting 
3. Customer to confirm the payment by raising the PO. 
4. FootfallCam will book in a remote session with the IT team (Please specify who is the PIC) to do the configuration remotely. Configuration job may involve: 
   • Changing the IT setting of the camera
   • Reallocation device to a new site (store code changes), Change Accuracy completed status when reallocation to new site
5. After the configuration completed, ticket will be closed. 

Appendix:  Store Profile Tags

There is now Store Profile Tags feature for tagging the site status so that our system can acknowledge the issue and acts accordingly.

For now, there are 3 profile tags for the following cases and their following actions after being tagged:

1. Store Network Issue
   • Offline Monitoring alerts will be stopped.
   • Auto patching of data to maintain the data trend during the network issue period.
2. Store Refit/Refurbish
   • Offline Monitoring alerts will be stopped.
   • Inactive the devices paired under the site during the store refitting/refurbishing period.
3. Store Closure
   • Offline Monitoring alerts will be stopped.
   • Deallocate the devices paired under the site after the site is tagged.

How To Site Profile Tagging

1.  Go to Setting > Sites, then click the edit button on the site to tag.
2. Click the drop-down list and select the tag.
3. Click Save

[AC-102] Monthly Accuracy Review 

1. A scheduled "Monthly Accuracy Audit Review Report" would be emailed to the stakeholders. 
   1. To add a new stakeholder, register to receive email
2. Follow the following steps,
   1. If a device is "Not Tuned" and it has been more than 3 working days since installed, raise a support ticket. 
   2. If you would like to "Expedite a tuning" or "Have a special requirement" (e.g. staff exclusion), submit "OF22- Verification Request Form". Invoice will be issued for this specific service request.  
   3. Else, there is no obvious symptoms, raise a support ticket

[AC-103] Received a Device Accuracy Certificate 

1. For every newly installed device, a device accuracy certificate would be issued and emailed to the stakeholder.
   1. You can add/ change/ remove the stakeholder.  
2. Please review the certificate  
   1. Ensure there is enough sample size collected
   2. Walk test during or after installation in order to speed up the tuning process with the enough sample size 
   3. If there is a concern, raise a support ticket under category of "Data Accuracy Concern" to feedback your concern 

[AC-104] Received Accuracy Email Alert

1. Click on the link for the Data Integrity Report of the device in concern. 
2. Follow the checklist, 
   1. If the "device is no longer required", go to the device management page and update accordingly.
   2. If there is a "blockage" on the live view, advise store staff to remove the "blockage".
   3. If the device has recently "changed position", raise a re-verification request.
   4. If there is an "operating hour change", update in the site setting page. 
   5. Else, raise a support ticket. 

[AC-105] Fixing the on-site accuracy impediment  

1. Customer requires to address tickets in the support portal under the category of "Customer Accuracy Roadblock": 
   1. "Confirm In & Out Direction" - Go to the data integrity report, review the latest live view image. Screen capture and draw over it to indicate the direction for In and Out. Attach drawing to the ticket. 
   2. "Site is not ready for tuning" - Update the "site ready date" field in the "OF-14 Site Completion Form" 
   3. "Not enough Sample Size" - Schedule a walk test by one of the staff on-site.  
   4. "Overhead Decoration Blocked the View" - To ensure the decoration is 1m away from the installed device 
2. Customer IT Department requires to address tickets in the support portal under the category of "Customer IT Roadblock": 

1. 1. "Network Bandwidth Issue" - Resolve the store internet bandwidth issue and inform FootfallCam in the support ticket once issue resolved

In this tab, there are 2 sections which are Site Info and Site Data Readiness. In the Site Info section, user can view the basic information of the site as shown below. Users with permission can also modify these details.

1) Get the scanner file

1. Open the mapped drive in File Explorer: N:\05-Personal\Sheldon\Scanning Tools (or use the UNC path if you prefer).
2. Locate scanning_tools.exe.
3. Copy scanning_tools.exe to your local desktop or a folder (e.g., C:\Users\<you>\Desktop\FootfallScanner\) so you're running it locally (recommended).

2) Determine the correct IP range to scan

You must scan the office subnet that your PC sits on. To find your PC's IP address and subnet mask:

• Open Command Prompt and run:

Find the active adapter section and note the IPv4 Address and Subnet Mask.

Common example and how to convert to a scan range

• Example: IPv4 = 192.168.3.45, Subnet Mask = 255.255.255.0
  => network is 192.168.3.0/24, scan range = 192.168.3.1 → 192.168.3.254.

If your subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 use:

If the mask is different (e.g. 255.255.0.0) use the appropriate /16 range (ask IT if unsure). The safe approach: use the same /24 as your PC (replace last octet).

3) Run the scanner (FootfallCam Device Scanner)

1. Right-click scanning_tools.exe → Run as administrator.
   • If Windows Firewall prompt appears, Allow network access for the application. Screenshot the prompt if you need to report to IT.
2. The scanner GUI opens. Locate the Start IP and End IP fields.
   • Fill them with the range you derived above. Example:

1. Click Start Scan button.
2. After the scan finishes you will see a table of discovered hosts (columns typically: IP, Hostname, Status, Open ports, Vendor, Last seen).

3. Find the corresponding IP address according to the company serial number.

4) Open Live View in a browser / player

For each candidate IP, try the following in order (copy-paste into the browser address bar):

1. http://<IP>
   e.g. http://192.168.3.121
