2. Invoice for loaned devices must be cleared within 14 days of issuance. Failure to clear the invoice within this time frame will result in the device license being deactivated.

3. The individual or company is responsible for the return shipping process, risk, charges and any applicable duties and taxes.

  • FootfallCam will advise and provide necessary information for arranging the return delivery.
  • Pay-On-Delivery is not accepted.
  • Shipment method and tracking status must be provided to FootfallCam upon returning the device.
  • FootfallCam is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur during the shipment.
  • Any device returned will be assessed by FootfallCam's technical team.

5. Individuals or companies may request a device loan extension prior to the loan expiry date. All extension requests are subject to approval by FootfallCam and must be made in writing.

Fair Use Policy - Sensible Storage and Handling. In the event that the loan unit is damaged due to abusive behaviour during the testing period, FootfallCam reserves the right to charge for compensation based on the extent of the device's damage. The maximum compensation amount will be equivalent to the total commercial value of the counter, including shipment cost and customs duty. FootfallCam's decision regarding the compensation is final.
