Chapter 3: Sales Management Configuration

3.1 Sales Management

3.1.1 Overview

The sales management report portray the status of sales activities and footfall count within the company. The report demonstrates the trends in terms of visitor count, transaction count, sales volume, sales conversion and average dwell time over time. 

3.1.2 Function

The report provide a snapshot of the company's workouts at a particular moment, assessing the situation, making the best decisions, and determining the type of behavior to perform. Sales management report help you identify potential new market opportunities that can improve your results. With the analytical data generated and portrayed through the report, the management are able to have an overall view in the sales viewpoint of how the store is performing, and make business decisions through solid data to navigate your business to the right direction.

In short, the reports serves the purpose to:

a) Provide Information regarding sales objectives and business results.
b) Act as a the professional development of the business.

3.1.3 How does it work?

By collecting the footfall data and using the sales data uploaded by the company.

3.2 Sales Management Report

3.2.1 Customer To-Do

Client have to make sure that the Sales Data is linked to the FootfallCam Analytic Manager in order to fully utilize the Sales Management Report.

3.2.2 Setting  Goals and Threshold

To set the Goals and Threshold settings of each Widgets, please follow the User Guide here. The values can be set and customized based on your business size and requirements.
